Today I am frantically packing for my 6:40am flight tomorrow morning to Seattle, Washington. I will be staying at the Grunewald Guild in beautiful Leavenworth for a two week artist residency. I am thrilled to have the chance to soak up the beauty of Washington state and concentrate on my artwork in a new context. I hope to attempt some encaustic experiments and to play around with new concepts. Watch this blog for updates, as I plan on keeping you all informed about the experience.
